Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BassTech Consulting ("BassTech," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Daisy Garden Games family of applications — including Daisy Garden Solitaire, Daisy Garden FreeCell, Daisy Garden Spider, Daisy Garden TriPeaks, and Daisy Garden Memories (each, an "App"). We built these games to be relaxing and respectful of your privacy. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Account & identity. When you sign in with Apple or Game Center, we receive a stable, app-specific identifier (and, where applicable, an iCloud user record ID). We use this to save your progress, garden, statistics, and leaderboard standing. We do not receive your Apple password, and we do not receive your email unless you choose to share it.
  • Gameplay & purchase data. We store gameplay results, garden progress, daily-challenge scores, and your purchase or subscription status (for example, whether Garden Pass is active). Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
  • Diagnostics & usage. We collect anonymized, aggregated telemetry (such as feature usage and crash or performance data) to keep the Apps stable and improve them.
  • Photos (Daisy Garden Memories only). Daisy Garden Memories works with your on-device photo library to surface "on this day" memories. Photo access is used entirely on your device; your photos are never uploaded to our servers.

Advertising

Some Apps show advertisements through Google AdMob in their free tier. Removing ads is available via Garden Pass or an in-app purchase. Where required, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking for personalized advertising; if you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones. AdMob's handling of data is described in Google's privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and sync your game progress and garden across devices, operate leaderboards and daily challenges, deliver purchases and subscriptions, provide customer support, and maintain and improve the Apps. We do not use it to build advertising profiles beyond the advertising described above.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Apps — including Apple (sign-in, Game Center, App Store purchases), Microsoft Azure (our secure backend hosting), and Google AdMob (advertising in the free tier). These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your game data for as long as your account is active. Each App includes a Delete Account option in Settings ▸ Account (shown when you are signed in with Apple) that removes your associated records from our systems. You may also contact us to request deletion.

Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings, manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store, and delete your account from within each App. For photo access in Daisy Garden Memories, you can grant or revoke access in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
